Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Some products on our site, including our seed subscription box, are available as recurring purchase options. This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and what to expect.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time in one of two ways:

• Through your customer account portal, using the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails
• By emailing us directly at theplantecologist@gmail.com

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Once you cancel, no future orders will be charged or shipped. Cancellation does not affect any order that has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds

If your subscription order has already shipped, that order is final and is not eligible for a refund under this policy. If a charge has gone through but the order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund that unshipped order.

We do not offer partial refunds for subscription periods already in progress.
